Dr. R. (Jay) Adrain – Pastor Jay serves as Senior Pastor. He has served churches in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. He is a graduate of Liberty University and Covington Theological Seminary. Pastor Jay is committed to the expository preaching and teaching of God's Word. He and Barbara have five children and six grandchildren.
Justin Offutt – Justin serves as Youth Pastor. He has served in Youth Ministry for 11 years. He began while still in high school by working with children and youth in summer camps. Justin has a passion to lead youth to Christ. He likes to remind them that they are not “the church of tomorrow,” but they are “the church of today.” Justin is married and has three daughters. He believes family is also an important ministry and responsibility.
Scotty Kasterke – Scotty serves as Music Minister. Music is something that has always been part of his life. Both of his parents were involved in church music from the earliest part of his memory. Scotty met his wife Judy, when a quartet he was singing in needed a pianist. They have two grown sons and both are involved in church music. God has blessed Scotty's family in many ways, and it seems as though music has always been a great part of it.
Beth Ipock – Beth serves as Choir Director. She has a passion for worship through music. Beth has no formal training in choral conducting, but has been involved in church music since grade school. She works in a business her father started in 1977. Beth and Ellis have five children and seven grandchildren.
Alyssa Plummer – Alyssa serves as church secretary. She grew up at FBC and became a member when she was nine years old. Alyssa loves working with children. She and Joey have been married for three years. Her office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Joe Piland – Joe serves as church janitor. Joe is responsible for unlocking and locking the church building, setting the thermostats, shoveling snow, and caring for the needs of the facility. Joe and his wife Jennie have been active members of FBC for many years.
Jennifer Kingery – Jennifer serves as church janitor and makes sure the church building is clean and inviting. Jennifer is also an elementary school teacher and serves her church faithfully.
